We’re all excited here in Barrow-in-Furness as the Tour of Britain bike race starts here today.

We’ve got a great view from 3SL towers and will add a couple of pictures throughout the day.

  1. The promoter is: 3SL (Structured Software Systems Ltd.)  Suite 2, 22a Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 1HH UK Registered in England: 2153654
  2. Employees of Structured Software Systems Limited or their registered distributors, or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. Entrants must be 16 years or older.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. The cost of Tweeting to enter and communications for the winner and downloading software are not covered.
  6. Entry via tweet to @threesl with #Cradle and #TourofBritain explaining, using your skill and judgement, where the logo was located in Barrow. (not just ‘”on TV” / “in the newspaper” / “on social media”)
    • 3SL’s (Structured Software Systems Limited), judgement as to whether the description is accurate will be final.
  7. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Twitter.
  8. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 GMT  on 07 September 2018.  After this date/time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. ‘Receipt of entry’ shall be classed entrants showing in the list of @threesl followers on Twitter at the time of the count of the first 50 between closure of competition and 11/09/2018 and their tweet showing in the @threesl Twitter feed. If there is a doubt as to the timing of these events, the time stamped notification from Twitter shall be used to decide.
  10. The rules of the competition are described here on the 3SL website and the Tweet shall only be considered as an ‘invite to enter’.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  12. No more than one entry per Twitter ID.
  13. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  14. The winners will be chosen based on the first 50 respondents correctly identifying the location of the logo.
  15. The winner will be notified by a direct Twitter message within 28 days of the closing date. The winners details will be posted on the 3SL Website and via a Tweet and any other social media promotion chosen by the promoter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  16. The promoter will notify the winners how the prize can be downloaded and activated.
    • Successful respondents must provide a permanent e-mail address and their company or personal contact details so that we may contact them directly to arrange delivery of a licence.
  17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  19. The winners agree to the use of his/her name / (Twitter ID) and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  20. The winners name’s (Twitter IDs)  will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: 3SL (Structured Software Systems Ltd.)  Suite 2, 22a Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 1HH.
  21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or any other Social Network or the Tour of Britain. Interactions on Twitter are governed by their privacy rules. All other information supplied is to 3SL and not to any other party.
